Token Money: 20% non-refundable deposit. Balance: Due upon arrival before delivery.

At SPM Furniture, we understand the importance of ensuring that your customized furniture perfectly matches your vision. Our design review process allows you to collaborate closely with our design team to fine-tune every detail before production begins.

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: 14 days for standard items. Custom items: only if defective. Refunds: Processed within 7-10 days after inspection.

Cancellation

Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed. Token money is non-refundable.

    • Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due upon final approval of the design and before production begins.

    • Production Timeline: Once the design is approved, the standard production timeline of 6-12 weeks applies.
